Simple Tapping
- Just tap the singing bowl with the mallet, and let your mind immerse in the melodious sound.
Continuous Tone
- Run the mallet around the edge of the bowl in a slow, steady motion, applying a consistent pressure. This will create a continuous, resonant tone.
My Tips
- Fill some water in the singing bowl, and you will get different tones.
- Use tapping to regulate your breath when meditating. Complete a full circle of breath within a single tap, this can help you focus.
